Who I see
I work with adults who are used to holding it all together, but inside feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they really are or what they want. This can show up in anxiety, relationship patterns, people-pleasing, or life transitions that feel bigger than expected.
Many of the people I work with are starting to notice patterns they can’t ignore anymore; feeling stuck, questioning themselves, or wondering why things still don’t feel quite right. Together, we make sense of those patterns and explore how past experiences, including relational trauma, may be shaping the way you relate to yourself and others.
How I work
I center my work around the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. My role isn’t to give you all the answers, but to help you uncover what feels true and aligned for you. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and value your insight, intuition, and lived experience.
My work is rooted in a holistic, systems-based perspective. I believe the environments and systems we exist within (relational, cultural, and societal) have a meaningful impact on our wellbeing and overall sense of fulfillment. I also see the therapy relationship itself as an important place to explore patterns, build awareness, and experience new ways of relating.
I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and parts work/inner child work to support deeper self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and values-based living.
I’m always transparent about not having all the answers, and I see therapy as a space where we get curious together; so you can build clarity, deepen your relationships with yourself and others, and move toward a life that feels more like your own.
We might work well together if…
You’re looking for someone laidback, real, and easy to talk to; someone who uses humor, the occasional metaphor, and isn’t afraid to be direct when it’s helpful. You value having a genuine relationship with your therapist and want a space where you can be fully yourself, while also being gently challenged to grow.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important and healing parts of therapy, so I prioritize creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and collaborative from the start. My style is grounded but also reflective. I’ll invite you to practice slowing down, tune into what’s coming up, and start building more trust in yourself and your own inner wisdom.
There’s also space here for curiosity, meaning-making, and strengthening your “mindfulness muscle”—always in a way that feels supportive, not forced, and tailored to you.
Who I am as a person
Outside of session, you’ll find me at the yoga studio, planning my next camping trip, crafting something with my hands, or listening to a wide range of music depending on my mood. I love a good sweet treat and quality time with my people. Time in nature is a non-negotiable for me to feel like my best self.
I’m someone who genuinely believes in doing the work I invite my clients into; I have found therapy to be such a helpful tool in my healing journey and I deeply value self-awareness, growth, and accountability. I’m drawn to mindfulness and values-based living not just professionally, but personally too. I care a lot about building meaningful connection and community, and I don’t take my role of being a therapist lightly. I am truly honored to do the work I do. It’s something I humbly approach with intention and curiosity.

My Values
Fit matters in therapy. Sometimes it’s helpful to know not just what a therapist does, but who they are and what they value. Here are a few values that feel important to me and shape the way I show up in my life.
Authenticity
I value showing up as a real person. I don’t believe growth comes from pretending to have it all together. To me, authenticity means making space for complexity, contradictions, uncertainty, and humanity. It also means having the courage to show up as you are, even in a world that constantly pulls us toward who we “should” be.
Freedom
More choice, less autopilot. True freedom to me is being able to step outside of expectations, conditioning, and the constant pressure to perform so we can ask ourselves: What do I actually want? What matters to me? And then learning how to loosen the grip of fear, expectations, self-doubt, or old patterns enough to move toward it.
Connection
I believe people heal in relationship, not isolation. Genuine connection with ourselves, others, and our communities, matters deeply. I value honesty, vulnerability, humor, and the kinds of conversations that help people feel a little less alone.
Kindness
Leading with compassion, curiosity, and respect for the messy experience of being human. I value creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and able to show up fully as themselves. To me, kindness includes empathy, accountability, inclusivity, and care for both individual and collective wellbeing.
