For when your mind won’t slow down, you’re overthinking everything, or constantly feeling on edge. Together, we work on understanding what’s driving your anxiety and building tools to help you feel more grounded and present in your day-to-day life.
-
For navigating dating, friendships, and patterns of overgiving, conflict avoidance, or losing yourself in others. We explore how these patterns developed and practice new ways of relating that feel more honest, balanced, and aligned with your needs.
-
For exploring who you are, building self-trust, and feeling more grounded and aligned in your life. This work often involves unlearning old narratives and reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have felt overlooked or disconnected.
-
For big changes, feeling stuck or disconnected, and unpacking how past experiences or relational wounds are still impacting you. We work to make sense of your story in a way that supports healing, clarity, and forward movement.
What Therapy With Me Looks Like
Sessions usually start with a check-in (think highs and lows), followed by exploring recent themes, feelings, challenges, and wins from your week. From there, we collaboratively decide what feels most important to focus on, or revisit and “pull a pin” on something we’ve been working through together.
I see clients virtually, which means you get the comfort of being in your own safe space. I welcome you to show up exactly as you are that day. It’s important to me that you feel grounded and comfortable for the work we’re doing together.
I value professionalism, and I also believe that allowing ourselves to be human with one another can deepen trust and connection in the therapeutic relationship. I won’t be showing up in a blazer and heels… but I will show up as a real person, fully present with you.
Modalities & Frameworks
I take a holistic, systems-based approach to therapy, meaning we’ll often explore the broader contexts that shape your experience; such as family dynamics, cultural influences, relationships, and larger societal systems. I believe these external environments meaningfully impact how we see ourselves and move through the world.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and parts work/inner child work.
Ultimately, therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to find what approaches feel most supportive for you as an individual. Flexibility, curiosity, and responsiveness to your needs are always at the center of how I work.
Come as you are.
We’ll make sense of things together.
